Therapy is a meaningful investment in your wellbeing - a step toward living with greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, whether you’re wondering if your challenges are “enough” or feeling completely overwhelmed. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a safe, compassionate space to heal and grow.
I offer a warm, non-judgemental environment where you can move at your own pace, feel gently supported, and be truly seen. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic models, professional training, and lived experience. I am a participant in my own therapy and I draw on methods that have profoundly supported my healing - bringing both expertise and empathy to our work together.

Fiona brings extensive experience in both clinical practice and academic leadership. For the past six years, she has served as a lecturer in the Master of Counselling program at Morling College, where she supports the development of future counsellors through evidence-based teaching and practical insights.
In addition, Fiona has spent the last three years working at Australia’s first and only women’s clinic dedicated to supporting individuals with Complex PTSD (CPTSD), delivering specialised care within a pioneering therapeutic setting.
Her previous roles include two years lecturing in counselling at Excelsia College, nearly three years as Assistant Dean of Students, and over a decade providing counselling support to students, experience that reflects her deep commitment to education and mental health.

Fiona works from an integrative, client-centered framework, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities to support healing and growth. These include:
These approaches are thoughtfully and flexibly woven together, tailored to what feels most supportive for you and your unique needs.

As a generalist therapist, Fiona has worked with a wide variety of presentations and welcomes clients with diverse needs. If you’re unsure whether she can help, feel free to reach out for a conversation, she’s happy to discuss what might be most supportive for you.

Counselling with Fiona offers a gentle, supportive space where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin reconnecting with yourself. Her approach is trauma-informed and nervous system - aware, guided by Polyvagal Theory and attachment-based principles. Every session honours you as a whole person, not just your symptoms, creating room for healing at your own pace.
If you’re unsure where to start or whether this feels right for you, you’re warmly invited to reach out for a conversation.

A women’s circle is a supportive gathering where women come together in a safe, respectful space to pause, reflect, and connect, both with themselves and with others. It’s a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure to fix, perform, or explain.
In a women’s circle, you can expect gentle guidance, meaningful conversation, and moments of quiet reflection. Sharing is always optional, and listening is valued just as much as speaking. Together, we create a space grounded in acceptance, compassion, and mutual respect, where every woman’s experience is honoured. Whether you’re seeking connection, clarity, or simply a moment to breathe, you are warmly welcome here.

Fiona offers workshops that are trauma-informed and thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs of each group. Grounded in nervous system and attachment-based approaches, these workshops provide a safe, inclusive space where participants can learn, reflect, and engage at their own pace.
Each workshop emphasises safety, consent, and respect for individual lived experience, integrating practical tools, gentle psychoeducation, and experiential exercises that are accessible and empowering. Whether working with community groups, organizations, or specialist populations, Fiona collaborates closely to ensure workshops are relevant, meaningful, and aligned with the group’s goals.
